Job Description:
We are in search of a Medical Director to oversee and guide our partner facility's medical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

As the Medical Director at Medrina, you will provide strategic leadership, clinical expertise, and operational oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Current board certification in a relevant medical specialty.
- Valid and unrestricted state medical license and in good standing.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, such as Medical Director, Chief Medical Officer, or similar, preferably within a healthcare organization.
- Strong clinical expertise and a track record of delivering exceptional patient care.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse medical staff.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and collaborate across departments.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, drive change, and implement innovative healthcare strategies.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide medical leadership, setting the strategic direction and vision for clinical operations and patient care.

- Develop strong relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration and communication.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in medical research, technology, and treatment modalities, and incorporate best practices into clinical operations.
- Collaborate with the Quality Improvement team to analyze clinical outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Participate in peer review processes, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and guidelines.
- Serve as a liaison between the medical staff, administration, and other departments, fostering effective communication and problem-solving.
- Provide clinical guidance and consultation to support clinical decision-making and complex patient cases.
- Represent the organization in professional forums, conferences, and external partnerships to promote Medrina's reputation and influence in the healthcare community.
