Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Current board certification in a relevant medical specialty.
- Valid and unrestricted state medical license and in good standing.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, such as Medical Director, Chief Medical Officer, or similar, preferably within a healthcare organization.
- Strong clinical expertise and a track record of delivering exceptional patient care.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse medical staff.

Job Responsibilities:

- Participate in peer review processes, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and guidelines.
- Serve as a liaison between the medical staff, administration, and other departments, fostering effective communication and problem-solving.
- Provide clinical guidance and consultation to support clinical decision-making and complex patient cases.
- Represent the organization in professional forums, conferences, and external partnerships to promote Medrina's reputation and influence in the healthcare community.
