We're searching for full-time Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), including Physician Assistants (PAs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs), to help collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Valid state licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- Proven clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider, preferably in a primary care or specialty setting.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with the ability to develop effective treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Dedication to providing patient-centered care with a focus on compassion, empathy, and respect.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest medical advancements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions within the scope of practice.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including prescribing medications, therapies, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Perform procedures, such as wound suturing, casting, and joint injections, as appropriate to the scope of practice and training.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay current with medical advancements, evidence-based practices, and professional development activities.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, research projects, and educational programs as required.
